01 Who we are

Blockout Digital ("Blockout Digital", "we", "us" or "our") is an architectural visualization studio operated by Craig Ormston, based in Nuneaton, Warwickshire, CV11 4GR, United Kingdom.

By accessing this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version published here applies to your use of the site.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it — including by introducing malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or copying content other than as set out below.

Project engagements

Commissioned work is governed by a separate proposal or agreement specific to your project. Where those terms and these website terms conflict, the project agreement takes precedence for that work.

03 Intellectual property

All imagery, animation, models, text, branding and design on this site are the property of Blockout Digital or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights.

You may view and share links to the site, but you may not reproduce, redistribute or use our work commercially without written permission. Project deliverables are licensed to clients under the terms of the relevant project agreement.

Where a project is shown as part of our portfolio, it remains the property of the respective client or rights-holder and is shown for reference only.

04 Privacy

We respect your privacy and only collect the information we need to respond to you and deliver our work. We act as the data controller for personal data you share with us.

What we collect

• Details you submit through the contact form — your name, company, email, phone and message.
• Correspondence and project information shared during an engagement.
• Basic, anonymised analytics about how the site is used.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver commissioned work and keep records of our dealings. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing unless you ask us to.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@blockoutdigital.com and we'll respond promptly.
